How To Use MyHR Kohl’s

The MyHR Kohl’s portal is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, with a simple navigation structure. However, here are some tips on how to use the portal effectively:

  • Personal Information: Use the “Personal Information” section to update your contact details, emergency contacts, and other personal information.
  • Payroll: View and download your pay stubs and tax forms in the “Payroll” section.
  • Benefits: Manage your health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits through the “Benefits” section.
  • Time and Attendance: View your work schedule, request time off, or check your time-off balance in the “Time and Attendance” section.
  • Resources: The “Resources” section provides access to various company resources, such as employee handbooks, policies, and more.
  • Help: If you encounter any issues or have questions about using the portal, click on the “Help” button for assistance. You can also contact your HR representative for further support.

How to create a myHR Kohl’s Account as a former Associate

To access the portal, former employees must first register for an account using their Kohl’s employee ID and a unique password. Follow the steps below to register.

  • Copy myhr.kohls.com into your browser and launch, then select “Former Associates & Dependents”.
  • Click on ‘New User?”
  • Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN and date of birth, then click ‘continue’.
  • Enter your zip code (the zip code must match what was entered in your personal information when you were an active associate).
  • Select one of the following options to receive an access code to verify yourself (a text message or phone call will be the quickest method).

Requesting a temporary password by postal mail can take 5-10 business days to receive.

  • Enter the access code received by text (or call)
  • Create a new User ID and Password. Please be sure to fulfill all User ID and Password Requirements listed (each circle under the Password Requirements section will turn green once you’ve met the requirement).
  • Create a Phone PIN. This is an added level of security for yourself. If you ever need to call the Benefits Service Center, you will be asked to enter this Phone PIN. Please be sure to fulfill the Phone PIN requirements.
  • Select a question under each drop-down and type your answer to the question. Once you’ve completed all 5, click ‘Continue’
  • If you are using a personal computer you can indicate ‘Yes’ so that the computer remembers you. If it is not a personal computer, we suggest you click ‘No’.
  • Click ‘Continue’ and you will be logged into your Former Associate Account.

MyHR Kohls Login for Active and Former Associates

Former and current associates can enjoy various benefits through the MyHR Kohls Login Portal. With the Portal, they can log in from anywhere with a password and username that is created upon registration.

Notice to former employees: To manage your employee’s information online you must first have an online account to access the MyHR Kohls portal, If you are a new user or a former employee and don’t have an online account you can create one with ease. To create an Online Account, click on the “New User?” link under the login portal.

  • Go to the MyHR Kohls Login page
  • Choose between Active Associates, Former Associates & Dependents, or Future Associates depending on who you are.
  • Enter your username and password, and then select Sign-in.
  • After you enter your username, your security image is displayed automatically if you have previously completed a successful login in the browser you are using. This feature requires browser cookies.

If you see the error message Sign in failed! your username and password do not match those specified for your profile, or you do not have access permission. Please contact your system administrator.

MyHR Kohls Login with Alight Mobile

MyHR Kohls Login with Alight Mobile is a way to verify your identity through unique personal characteristics. Examples include fingerprints and facial features. If you set up Login with Alight Mobile, you can log on to this site with a mobile device.

The Alight mobile app is available for Kohl’s former associates and benefits participants of companies that partner with Alight Solutions to administer their HR and benefits programs. Once logged in, you can access your personal benefits information wherever and whenever needed.

How to Access your electronic W-2 on myHR Kohl’s

Option 1: Click the ‘W-2s are ready’ ‘Click here for details’ tile at the top of the myHR home page.

Next: You will be routed to the Workday homepage where you can view your W-2s by clicking on either the ‘My Tax Documents’ Quick Task OR the ‘View Tax Documents’ under Timely Suggestions.

Next: You will be routed directly to the ‘My Tax Document’ page within Workday where you can view your W-2. Click on the ‘View/Print’ button to view and print your document.

Option 2: Scroll down on the home page and in the middle of the screen you will see a section titled ‘Quick Links.’ Click ‘View All’. Then click on ‘View Your W-2 & Payslips’.
