• Choose between Forgot username, Reset password, or Unlock account and follow the onscreen instructions.

How to Recover your User ID or Password for former associates or dependents

If you just can’t remember your password, it can be reset. First, though, you’ll need to identify yourself to help protect your account information. You can choose from these options to reset your password:

• Get a Temporary Password in the Mail−Keep in mind that it takes much longer to reset your password this way.
  
• Get a Code by Text or Phone, Email– You’ll enter it to log on.
• Use Login with Alight Mobile−An option if you’ve set this up.
• Answer Security Questions−An option if you’ve set this up.

• First, you need to copy https://myhr.kohls.com/ into your browser and launch it.
• Select Former Associates & Dependents
• Click on the Forgot User ID or Password
• Enter the Last 4 Digits of your SSN
• Enter your date of birth
• Click on continue
